The climate of Congo is differnet thourghout the Country. Near the equator it is tropical, on the equator river basin it is hot and humid. Dry and cool weather surruonds the area of the southren highlands. Wet, cool air fills the eastren highlands. The seasons are differnet thourgout the country of congo. This is because the equator runs thourgough the northren part of congo. Those who live south of the Quator expricence their wet season from April to december and their dry season from December to Febuary. Whereas those who live north of the quator experience their wet season during the mounths of November to March and their dry season between the mounths of April to March.

Anyone over the age of 15 who can read and write is how the literacy rate is detrimined. There are 56 univerties in congo. The majority of which are locatded in the capital Kinashasa. Schools are expensive, many families can not afford to send their children to school. One reason school is so expensive because there are few adults that ahev enough education to teach. When schools are private it means families have to pay more moneyt o addtend the school, often in the (DROC) private schools have a lower addtenence than public schools. In congo the school with the lowest number of students is 300. The univerties wit the greatest number of students ahs 33,000
